Delivery And Return

All products come with a FREE replacement/refund guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Only items that arrive in physically damaged condition, missing, defective or substantially different from the product description are eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be properly packaged. If there is any damage during the return shipment, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.

If your purchase does not match the description or the item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will do our best to resolve the problem and ensure you are not left holding the bag. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange delivery of the correct item.

For faulty or defective products, please take photos or videos and email us at – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the product purchased.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to receive your refund, please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Request your return authorization number by sending an e-mail to with a detailed reason for the return and photos or a video of the product that supports your reason. After approval, you will receive the return authorization number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.

To ensure your refund, please use a traceable courier service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. ( Shipping costs are at your expense and are not refundable. )

Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued according to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used for your original purchase.

Partial reimbursements

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if any):

  • 1) All parts are missing or were not shipped with the rest of the package.
  • 2) Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and fees charged to us for refunds by credit card companies.

Invalid reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items, buyer’s remorse such as incorrect colour, size, product or model ordered are not eligible for a refund.

Buyers are requested to do their due diligence before proceeding with the purchase. The buyer agrees to purchase the products at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
