How To Buy

Once you are in our online store where you will be offered several products classified into several categories, you will be asked to purchase an item, find below a guide to make your purchase.

Select your item

By clicking on the name of the product, you will access a description sheet. You will find a photo, a description, a technical sheet, etc. Add your item to your cart, by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button somewhere on the product page.

Order the item

With a click on the link or the Checkout button, the item of your choice is placed in your cart. The shopping cart contains the products you intend to buy. It is possible at any time to access your cart (by clicking on the button representing a cart) and to modify its contents by adding or removing an item.

Validate your order

Display your shopping cart and click on Validate. Unless you are already registered on the site, enter your name, your email, your billing and shipping addresses. The delivery costs will be calculated automatically after you have indicated your city (place of delivery). Then select the payment method: bank transfer.

Receive the confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order within minutes of its validation.

At this point, you must follow the instructions given in the said email in order to finalize your purchase. All you have to do is to proceed to the payment of your order by bank transfer to the bank address that will be written in the email. It is very important to reference the number of your order form.

Wait for your package to be prepared

At this stage, we will proceed to the preparation of your order so that it is shipped to your delivery address.

Receive the order

It is preferable to be at home at the time of delivery or at the place indicated to facilitate the task of our deliverymen. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Before signing the delivery note, please check that the item is not damaged in order to obtain a return or refund.
